There was this paper/pencil game where you write down answers for one set of questions, then say the same answers out loud for another set of questions. I remember the very last question was "Write down a number between 1-100." Then the other set of questions, the last question was "How many kids do you have?"

I know this is such a random and vague thing to look for, but I wish I could find it. I used to play this like 15 years ago and want to try it out again. :)

If anyone has any idea, I would greatly appreciate it!

I could be wrong, but it sounds like Mad Libs.

It's not Mad Libs. Thank you though!

It was more like this set-up:

What's your name?                                                What's your name?

Who do you like?                                                    Who did you marry?

MORE QUESTIONS                                                 OTHER QUESTIONS

BLAH BLAH BLAH

Pick a number 1-100                                             How many kids do you have?

And the questions would be on the same sheet of paper, but you'd write down your answers for the first set of questions. Then you'd say your answers out loud for the 2nd set of questions. I hope that makes sense.
