This needed it's own thread because I'm VERY proud of my little dude!

Now just to warn you guys, parrotlets are not like any other parrot type of bird. Sadly their vocal cords only make up a robotic type chirp voice so you have to listen very closely to understand what they say.

Anyways, the above video Zazu says the following:

Pretty Boy
Pretty Biiiiiiiiiird
Good Boy
Peek-a-boo

And does the sexy whistle. He says everything over and over quite a bit but you have to listen closely and everything is a lot clearer toward the end of the video.

Hahaha I don't know if birds could learn that much. Heck I can't even pronounce half of them. He might be able to learn 50 at best

If not Pokemon, how about all the supers in the Marvel Universe? That would be cool. Or he could learn a theme song (I have yet to see a Parrot learn the Pokemon theme song, I have seen one caught trying to sing Bodies by Drowning Pool.):

Look up disco the parakeet, he sings his own theme song based on flenstones.

I heard the sexy whistle and started hearing peek-a-boo and pretty bird at the end of the video. That's pretty cool. His little robotic sounding voice is pretty neat.

Nope not yet. Just basic stuff right now. He's still rather young, but I'm going to try and get him to say Jehovah eventually.
