About Me
Hey all! Welcome to my profile!
My username is Digital. Feel free to call me D-Unit, Dig, Digi, or any other nickname you'd like. It seems I have several. If you need any help around the forums, or just want to chat, shoot me a PM. Sometimes I might not respond immediately, I have a real problem with holding conversations via PM, but if I'm not responding, feel free to yell at me.
My real name is Nathan, I'm 16 and live in the Northwest part of the United States. I enjoy running, working out, football, basketball, golf, ultimate frisbee, swimming, snowboarding, and above all else, spending time with friends and family. I'm a Christian, and believe I have been saved by grace through My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

How I came to Nintendo Pipeline
I joined this forum on November 13, 2007 - two days before my birthday, which is November 15. I'm fairly certain I found it through a Google search. I was inactive for almost a year after I joined, I hadn't even posted once until 2008.
I was browsing Nintendo's Techsider forums, when I noticed a post from . He was starting his own Nintendo Discussion site and was inquiring about the use of NSider's old avatars (if I recall correctly). I remembered him from the original Animal Crossing board on Nintendo's NSider forums.
Wanting to catch up, I dropped him a PM asking him what was up. I also inquired about the site he was starting, as I wanted to join. He replied a few minutes later and told me about his site and gave me the URL. After a few messages back and forth over the course of a few days, he told me he wasn't going to continue working on his website, and instead would return to a specific site he had "been neglecting recently".
I asked him what site that was, and he provided me with a link - to here.
I didn't even recognize the forum. Considering I'd probably only visited once when I created my account, nothing looked familiar. I clicked the "Sign Up" button, and begin typing my information in. After hitting "Submit", it told me that the e-mail address and user name was already in use.
I was pretty confused at first, but I figured I must have created an account here after Nintendo's NSider closed, I created accounts at several Nintendo discussion sites.
So after a long while of digging through my memory, hoping to discover my password, I finally logged into Nintendo Pipeline. I instantly fell in love with the forum. Everyone was very friendly and the discussions where great. I've been here ever since!
On Feburary 2nd, 2010, I was promoted to the rank of Adept (which is equivalent to today's Sage). And on March 21st, 2010, I was promoted to Site Moderator.

More About Me
I'm what I like to call a Graphic Designer in training. I'm not actually taking Graphic Design classes right now, but I may start this upcoming school year.
Graphic Design is more than just a hobby for me, it's more of a lifestyle. My braing operates as if it's Photoshop, Blender, Gimp, or any other image editing/creating software.
I'll see objects as I go through my daily activities, and in my mind think about how I would model it in Blender. Or sometimes I'll see A scenic landscape and imagine how if I were to take a photo, what angles would be best, and even how I would post-process the image.
...so yeah. I'm definitely going to pursue Graphic Design as a career. It's always been a dream I've had, ever since I used Photoshop for the first time at age nine.
I've sort of started a business already, ColorSpill Graphics. I've already made some cash on design via freelance design websites. I also plan to begin writing tutorials for Adobe Illustrator and submitting them to the Tuts+ Network. They'll pay some good money for a good tutorial.
------------------------------------------------
Anyways, that's about it for me. I'll most likely add some more sometime in the future, but I figured I'd have some kind of About Me for now.
Enjoy the forums!
