The Ranks

The Nintendo Pipeline uses an extensive ranking system for its members. In order to rank up, you will need to make a certain number of posts. However, please note that it is frowned upon to post "simply for the reason of ranking up". The reason for this is because people who commit such an act tend to have more low-quality posts as they are not thought out well which may lead to spamming. Penalties for this will result in a warning and/or a reduction in your post count.

Ranking up unlocks new abilities detailed below, and changes the color of a member's username. There are a total of forty ranks, plus one "starter" rank that everyone defaults at when they join with zero posts. The color changes as you progress through the ranks, and once you hit the twenty-first rank, your username will become bold to signify the high amount of contributions in posts that you've made to the Nintendo Pipeline.

Rank		Description	Abilities
	Administrator	Administrators are responsible for the creation of content, the security, and the general upkeep of the forum. On top of that, they also perform the duties of moderators as well.
	Moderator	Moderators deal with spammers and are also responsible for keeping members in check by solving arguments/problems to ensure that drama doesn't ensue.
